Step 1 CONFIRM your work location

You must confirm your work location before you can search for a hotel. Once you have confirmed your work location, you can save it so that you do not have to re-enter the information each time you come back to the web site. Note: Cookies must be enabled to save your work location.

Step 2 SEARCH for available hotels

Enter your desired location and travel dates. Team Member and Hilton Family Program rates are available for up to seven consecutive nights at any of our owned, managed or franchised hotels and resorts.

Reservations must be made:

  • at least 14 days prior to arrival Conrad Hotels & Resorts
  • at least 7 days prior to arrival for Hampton by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton & Home2
  • at least 3 days prior to arrival for Embassy Suites.
  • up to your day of arrival for Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Resorts, Hilton, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn hotels

Reservations may be made up to a year in advance.

Step 3 CHOOSE the hotel that's right for you

Select an available hotel from the search results to view available rooms with the Team Member or the Hilton Family Travel Program rates. Discounted rates vary by room type, hotel, and brand (view a list of team member rates by brand for the Team Member Travel Program).

Step 4 RESERVE your room

You need to provide some personal information and a credit card number to confirm your room. The availability of discounted rates is limited and is not guaranteed until your reservation is made.

For assistance with your reservation, call the Team Member Travel Program Reservations Desk between 2pm and 10pm Central Time at 1-877-54-ROOMS (877-547-6667) (Outside the U.S. and Canada) Tuesday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Please note, for the Hilton Family Travel Program, you must make your reservation online. No phone reservations will be taken at this number.

Step 5 SECURE your passport

Take your reservation details including confirmation number to your Human Resources Department or General Manager, and obtain a signed Travel Passport (for the Team Member Travel Program) or a Hilton Family Travel Passport (for the Hilton Family Travel Program). Either the Travel Passport or the Hilton Family Travel Passport is required at check-in along with Photo ID.


  • Hilton and DoubleTree by Hilton Brands have eliminated the 14 and 7 day advance purchase requirements. Now Team Members may make their TMTP or HFTP reservations up to the date of arrival. The Embassy Brand now has a 3 day advance purchase requirement. A TMTP or HFTP passport is still required at check-in.

Program Eligibility

Eligibility: Participation in the Hilton Family Travel Program is limited to all regular, full and part-time team members of Hilton Worldwide, its subsidiaries, and owned, managed and franchised hotels in the Hilton family of brands ("Eligible Employees"). The Team Member Travel Program is limited to all Eligible Employees working in the Americas. Both programs are available to Eligible Employees without any wait period. Team Members may enjoy this benefit for leisure travel only. The benefit does not apply when traveling on business. Team member must be present at check-in to use the Team Member Travel Program. Team members are not required to be present at check-in to use the Hilton Family Travel Program. View the FAQ section for the full terms and conditions.
