Team Member and Hilton Family Travel Program
Welcome to the new International Team Member Travel booking site, which allows you to book the existing Team Member Rates and the new Hilton Family Travel Program. Team Member Rates (Staff Rates) remain the same, but now you can check availability and book online. In addition, if the team member rates are not available, you can now also book discounted room rates for yourself and your family through the new Hilton Family Travel Program, available in all hotels worldwide. See below for more details.

In any case of conflict or doubt, the provisions of this document over-rule those contained in any previous communication(s).
Step 1. CONFIRM your work location
You must confirm your work location before you can search for a hotel. Once you have confirmed your work location, you can save it so that you do not have to re-enter the information each time you come back to the web site. Note: Cookies must be enabled to save your work location.
Step 2. SEARCH for available hotels
Enter your desired location and travel dates. Reservations must be made:

  •  at least 14 days prior to arrival for Hilton hotels in the USA,      Waldorf Astoria hotels in the USA, and select Conrad hotels in
         the USA.
  •  at least 7 days prior to arrival for all of the following brands in the USA:
         Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn and Suites, DoubleTree
         by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton
  • Step 3. CHOOSE the hotel that's right for you
    Select an available hotel from the search results to view available rooms with the Team Member or the Hilton Family Travel Program rates. Discounted rates vary by room type, hotel, and brand for the Hilton Family Travel Program for (Team Member Rate policy please consult your HR department).
    Step 4. RESERVE your room
    You need to provide some personal information and a credit card number to confirm your room. Team Member Rate availability is limited and is not guaranteed until your reservation is made.

    For assistance with your reservation, contact your HR department.
    Step 5. PREPARE for your trip
    For Team Member Rates:
    You must take your Esprit/Hilton Club Card with you and present it at check-in to ensure you get the Team Member Rate.

    For Hilton Family Travel Program rates:
    If you have booked the Hilton Family Travel Program rate for family take the Confirmation Number to your Human Resources Department or General manager, and obtain a signed Hilton Family Travel Passport. The Hilton Family Travel Passport will identify your family as they check in at the hotel, and ensure they receive the correct rate for their stay. If you have made the reservation for yourself and have an Esprit/Hilton Club Card then you will not need a Hilton Family Travel Passport you simply need to take your Esprit/Hilton Club Card with you when you travel and present it at check-in.
    Eligibility:
    Team Member Rate: Only current permanent team members of Hilton International, its subsidiaries, and owned, managed or franchised hotels in the Hilton family of brands and who have been issued with an Esprit/Hilton Club Card are eligible for this benefit. Hilton Worldwide employees from the US division are not eligible for the Team Member Rate in International hotels. Team members must be present at check-in and have their Esprit Card with them. Team Members may enjoy this benefit for leisure travel only. The benefit does not apply when traveling on business.

    Hilton Family Travel Program: All team members and their families are eligible for the Hilton Family Travel Program rate in all hotels. Team members are not required to be present at check-in. An Esprit/Hilton Club Card or a Hilton Family Travel Passport must be presented at check-in.
